Building a reliable global cloud network is the key to the ISV business. Alibaba Cloud can help with four steps. First, create network resources including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) and vSwitch. Second, configure network security policies based on the routing plans and subnet access control list (ACL). Challenges and Solutions
Traditional global networks cannot be expanded flexibly according to business changes, and low-quality networks slows down application access and affects the business experience. This solution uses the Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) and Smart Access Gateway (SAG) to connect your businesses on and off the cloud. Choose the SAG devices and bandwidth, install SAG, and deploy the network locally. Then, activate SAG on the cloud and finish the configuration. Next, create and load the CEN instances, configure settings (such as cross-region bandwidth), and test the inter-connections of the network. Lastly, you can choose to configure the monitoring settings.

Migrate Servers to the Cloud
Alibaba Cloud’s Server Migration Center (SMC) helps you migrate one or more sources including data center servers, virtual machines, and servers from other cloud platforms to Alibaba Cloud. Set up the source servers and the SMC console and import the information of the source server to the SMC console. You can create and run a migration task in the SMC console. Challenges and Solutions
ISVs want to spend less time and resources providing web services to more customers. This requires sharing public resources with high elasticity. This solution helps you build an ECS server with cPanel and Plesk, deploy multiple websites on the same server, and store files on OSS. All data are distributed to different websites through EIP, Plesk, and cPanel. When traffic increases significantly, you can build a new pay-as-you-go ECS server with cPanel and Plesk to migrate some websites to the new server and modify DNS to the new EIP. When traffic decreases, you can migrate the websites back to the original ECS server and release the newly built server to save costs.
