Hello,Thank you very much for the post. I have some comments here.Are you saying both Scenario Two and Scenario Three in the Accept Queue Overflow section were observed on the same server? When Accept queue is full (SYN cookie is always set to 1 by default), I observed Scenario Two only on RedHat (Kernel: Linux 4.18.0-477) and Ubuntu (Kernel: Linux 5.4.0-1029) and observed Scenario Three only on Centos 7(Kernel: Linux 3.10.0-1160). Never observed both on the same platform.Best,CZ
